Clear terms. Considered details.
Read the document-service draft below. Operating details and final service arrangements need confirmation before launch.
1. About this service
Coverza’s document service provides automotive documentation and supporting digital resources. The description and agreed order determine the service you receive. This preview does not enable online orders for these services.
The operating legal entity, business address and final contract information must be confirmed before this document-service draft is published for sales. Contact: support@coverza.uk.
2. Your agreed deliverables
Depending on the service purchased, an order may include an automotive coding solution document, a vehicle-specific document, a technical guide, coding or configuration instructions, diagnostic guidance, software-related reference information, a proposal, a service certificate, supporting digital documentation, compatibility information or explanatory notes.
Agreed updates, agreed revisions and access to customer support may also form part of the service. These examples do not mean that every deliverable is included in every order. The applicable service description and your order determine the exact scope.
3. Information and compatibility
Provide accurate and complete information relevant to the service, including the vehicle, equipment, software version and intended task where requested. Tell us if a detail is uncertain or changes.
Guidance applies only to its stated scope and prerequisites. A document for a similar model does not establish compatibility. Seek clarification before acting on information that does not match your vehicle or setup.
4. Electronic delivery
Documents and resources are delivered electronically. Methods may include email attachments, secure download links, electronically accessible PDF files, customer-specific document links, direct digital transmission or another agreed electronic method.
Provide a valid, accessible email address or other agreed destination. Format, timing and any access conditions should be confirmed in the order. Contact support if a file cannot be opened or a delivery has not arrived within the agreed timeframe.
5. What documentation does not provide
Technical documents and service certificates do not provide motor insurance, authority to drive, proof of ownership or permission to release an impounded vehicle. They do not independently certify roadworthiness or manufacturer approval.
You remain responsible for meeting the separate requirements applicable to your vehicle and intended use. Collection operators determine their own document acceptance and release requirements. We do not guarantee vehicle release.
6. Revisions and support
Report a suspected error with your order reference, document name, version and the relevant details. Included updates and revisions are those agreed for your order. A new vehicle, task or configuration may require a different scope.
Contact support@coverza.uk about access, corrections or a complaint. Do not send passwords, security codes or full payment card details.
7. Orders, cancellation and remedies
Before document-service ordering is enabled, the order process must set out the total price, scope, delivery timing and applicable cancellation information. This preview is not an offer of an immediately purchasable package.
Where digital content is to be supplied during an applicable cancellation period, the order process must obtain any required express consent and acknowledgement before supply begins. Simply opening this website does not waive cancellation rights.
Nothing here removes statutory rights where documents or services are faulty, misdescribed or not supplied as agreed. Contact support with your order reference to request a correction or discuss a remedy. The final terms must distinguish digital content from any separately supplied service.
8. Use of documents and the website
Use the website and supplied resources lawfully and within the rights specified for your order. Do not misrepresent a document’s origin, purpose, scope or certification status.
Protect customer-specific links and do not attempt unauthorised access to systems or other customers’ documents. Any licence or redistribution rights should be stated in the agreed service description.
9. Responsibility and changes
These draft terms do not exclude liability where exclusion would be unlawful. The final agreement must specify the contracting entity and applicable law without removing mandatory consumer protections.
Changes to website descriptions do not retrospectively replace the agreed scope of an existing order. Keep the service description and confirmation supplied for your purchase.
