The existing quote, payment and document-retrieval journeys have not been migrated by this frontend refresh. Their existing privacy information is retained separately. This draft does not imply that their processing has stopped or changed.
2. Information used for enquiries
If you email us, your message may contain your name, email address, vehicle or equipment information, an order reference and details of a document issue. Include only information needed to explain the enquiry.
The email link opens your own mail application. Nothing is sent merely by opening it. The email service involved handles a message when you choose to send it. Do not include passwords or full card details.
3. Purpose and legal basis
Enquiry information is used to understand requests, discuss service scope and respond to document or delivery questions. Steps you request before entering a contract, performance of an agreed service, applicable legal duties or a properly assessed legitimate interest may provide a basis, depending on the processing.
The final notice must map each actual purpose to its basis. Consent should be used where required for optional processing, and any consent must be withdrawable. Making an enquiry is not agreement to unrelated marketing.
4. Providers and electronic delivery
Website hosting and email providers may process technical or communication data as part of providing those services. The final notice must identify the relevant recipient categories, any international transfers and the safeguards used.
If an order includes electronic delivery, the destination and document reference will be used to provide the agreed resource. The delivery method and access arrangements must be confirmed for the service. This preview introduces no new payment or storage integration.

The operating team must confirm retention periods or meaningful retention criteria for enquiries, orders, documents and technical records before launch. This draft does not invent a deletion schedule or promise automatic removal that the systems do not perform.
6. Browser storage
The website stores the cookie choice in your browser under Coverza_cookie_choice. The refreshed frontend does not add analytics or advertising scripts. Existing transaction pages may use their own session or security mechanisms.
